Please note that for this option minimum order must be over £40.00 and all orders placed by 4.00pm will be delivered the same day. Delivey price depends on the distance from our stores and your post code.
If we don't have all your orderd products in stock, we will give you a call to discuss the alternatives.
If you wish to receive your delivery at any other time or date please let us know in the "Add comments" section before you place the order and we will contact you to confirm or arrange another suitable time for you.
please make sure that your postal code is writen correctly (example N2 0PE). If you write your post code without the gap (example N20PE) we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered the same day.
Postal deliveries to all UK ddresses
Please note that certain products, which are Frozen, Homemade and Bulk Products are only available through our courier delivery service for the London area only. Amount of glass bottle or jars in 1 package must not exceed of 9 units. If you are placing an order for postal delivery please do not add any products from the above catogories.
All postal orders are charged at - £11.95*
All orders placed by 12.00 pm will be delivered the next working day. We dispatch your parcel with 24 hour express delivery service.
When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your package and your account will be charged.
We ship orders on Monday to Thursday, due to the fact that products will be held in the Parcel Force storage facility over the weekend and the products can spoil. You will receive your packages Tuesday through Friday.
Someone MUST be at the address of delivery to receive the parcel - delivery times are anytime between 9 am – 8 pm.

Please do not add perishable items for your postal order unless you will be happy to take the responsibility. If you want to receive any of the products, which are required courier delivery only (i.e. have to be kept refrigerated), you have to let us know in the comment section that you will take the responsibility if any of those products went off or got damaged during the delivery.
No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.
Please note that all questions regarding returns and refunds must be directed to us within 24 hours of order delivery.
In addition, we cannot be responsible for the taste quality of the products.
In case you have received a flawed product, product with tampered or damaged packaging - we guarantee its replacement, reshipment or refund.
Out of stock policy and Substitutes
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. Occasionally we may run out of exactly what you ordered and rather than turn up empty handed we offer a substitute service. For example, if you add a product to your cart and we find it’s out of stock, we’ll always try to find you something similar. Similar does not mean identical but we will do our best to match out of stock product as close as possible. Let’s say you ask for a small bottle of kvas "Danilo". In the unlikely event that we’ve run out, we might give you a larger bottle instead or you will get a similar brand. And don’t worry, you will only pay for the lowest priced product - you don't have to pay more than you originally intended to, so if we have to substitute an item we’ll pay the difference. You can tell us whether you are happy to accept or not accept substitutes when you check out. If you choose not to select them, then it’s not a problem , we simply deduct the cost of the out of stock item from your order.
