Delivery information

Important Information
Dear customers, due to the large number of online orders, there may be delivery delays. We accept orders of  £100 minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


We ship inside UK only, offering a courier service for London area or postal delivery service around the rest of the UK.


 Please note that certain products, which are Frozen, Refrigerated, Homemade and Bulk Products (dairy, meat, ice-cream ect.) are only available through our courier delivery service for the London area only. Amount of glass in 1 package must not exceed of 9 (jars or bottles) and if you require more than this amount let us know


If you require a delivery for the above product types and you live outside of these areas, please give us a call to arrange a delivery.


 Courier delivery and how it works.


Once your chosen products are in the basket and you are filling in all of your shipping information for our courier service, please make sure that your postal code is writen correctly (example N2 0PE) if you write your post code this way (example N20PE) we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered same day.

Please note that for this option minimum order must be over £35.00 and all orders placed by 4.00pm will be delivered the same day if we have all your ordered products in stock.

If you wish to receive your delivery at any other time or date please let us know in the "Add comments" section before you place the order and we will contact you to confirm or arrange another suitable time for you.


Postal Deliveries to all UK addresses 


Postal Orders are charged at - £11.95*


All orders placed by 12.00pm will be delivered the next working day only if we have all your ordered products in stock.  Although we do aim to deliver within 1 working day, delays may be possible.

We dispatch your parcel with a 24 hour express delivery service. Therefore your parcel will reach you within 24 hours from the dispatch day.



-When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your package and your account will be charged.


-We ship orders on Monday to Thursday, due to the fact that products will be held in the Parcel Force storage facility over the weekend and the products can spoil. You will receive your packages Tuesday through Friday.


Someone MUST be at the address of delivery to receive the parcel - delivery times are anytime between 9 am – 8 pm.

Please do not add perishable items for your postal order unless you will be happy to take the responsibility. If you want to receive any of the products, which are required courier delivery only (i.e. have to be kept refrigerated), you have to let us know in the comment section that you will take the responsibility if any of those products went off or got damaged during the delivery. If not any of the perishable food has been ordered for postal delivery by mistake or due to negligence, we will remove them from your order and issue the refund. However, fees of £1.00 or 3%, whatever the greatest, from the refunded amount are applicable.






How It Works




Place item(s) in your shopping cart. To place an item to your shopping cart click on the "Add to Cart"  button. You can change the quantity of particular item or completely remove it at any time. A link to your shopping cart can be found at the top of all  pages.

Complete checkout process by providing billing and shipping information. Once you've finished shopping, simply click "Checkout" to complete and submit your order. You will need to register with us to complete and submit your order.

Once your order has been approved and processed successfully, you will immediately receive confirmation of your purchase. Your account card will be charged only after your order has been put together and shipped

Your order is then delivered directly to your door according to our delivery policy.





No returns are accepted without prior authorisation.

Please note that all questions regarding returns and refunds must be directed to us within 24 hours of order delivery.

In addition, we cannot be responsible for the taste quality of the products.

In case you have received a flawed product, product with tampered or damaged packaging - we guarantee its replacement, reshipment or refund.




Out of stock policy and Substitutes

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished.


Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. Occasionally we may run out of exactly what you ordered and rather than turn up empty handed we offer a substitute service. For example, if you add a product to your cart and we find it’s out of stock, we’ll always try to find you something similar. Similar does not mean identical but we will do our best to match out of stock product as close as possible. Let’s say you ask for a small bottle of kvas "Danilo". In the unlikely event that we’ve run out, we might give you a larger bottle instead or you will get a similar brand. And don’t worry, you will only pay for the lowest priced product - you don't have to pay more than you originally intended to, so if we have to substitute an item we’ll pay the difference. You can tell us whether you are happy to accept or not accept substitutes when you check out. If you choose not to select them, then it’s not a problem , we simply deduct the cost of the out of stock item from your order.
